 2.  What do I do if it doesn't play?    
 

• My channel window is blank -

 WeP requires that you have Adobe's Flash player plug-in installed in your browser before it will display a video. This plug-in can be downloaded from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/. Download the appropriate player for your system. It may require that exit your browser and start again from new window with your login to fully activate the plug-in.

• My channel window has a spinning circle in it -

The spinning circle in the player window indicates one of two things: 1) there is no game currently playing on that channel, or 2) Your account has not yet been authorized. If #1, then simply wait until the next scheduled game begins on that channel. If #2, you will need to wait until your card processes and the system authorizes your account. Be aware that this process can sometimes take up to 30 minutes, depending on the speed of response from your banking institution. To avoid missing any of your event, always create your account and purchase your event at least 30 minutes in advance.
 

3. Why can't I get back to the beginning of the event?

At this time the WeP does webcasting in real time, and does not cache or archive the events on-line. What you see in the channel player is approximately 5 seconds behind what just happened on the playing field! To avoid missing any of the action make sure to login and do your purchase of event access well in advance of your events start time. We recommend at least 30 minutes prior to the start of any event.

5. Can my Friends watch too?

Watch em Play terms do not permit the rebroacast of our programming, but family viewing is encoraged.

6. What events will Watch 'em Play cover?

 WeP will seek youth sports events to webcast, and will also cover Band Concerts, Stage Plays, and youth related activities.
